Spacious and cozy living room, with a sofa bed (3 seats and one for sleeping), TV, bookshelf.
Connected directly to the kitchen.
There are numerous thematic books, guides and maps of Rome.

THE KITCHEN

Colorful and cozy, has hob with 4 burners, electric oven and gas oven, table for 4/6 people, fridge, microwave, toaster, espresso machine, moka coffee, various furniture and cabinets, kettle, pots and pans, silverware and dishes.
Oil, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee and tea complimentary.
The new door leading to the balcony inside, where you will find the water heater gas (new), washing machine, umbrellas, brooms and rags.

THE BATHROOM

The bathroom has a shower, sink with cabinet, toilet, bidet, closet for towels, towel shelf and mirror.
The door is new and window overlooking the interior balcony.
Are available: shower gel, shampoo, hand soap, hair dryer and shaving cream.
